This is actually inspired by the Lion Guard of all things.
Recently, the villains have managed to partially resurrect Scar from the dead. While Scar can be seen and speak with others, he doesn't have a mortal body; instead, he takes the form of fire.
In one episode, Scar even had a villain song titled "I Have a Plan" about his plan to defeat Simba and the Lion Guard and reclaim the spot as king.
I decided to have the ghost of Jason's uncle Eddie singing the song because if he did come back as a ghost, he'd probably come up with a plan of some sort for revenge.
